Delivery Policy.
1. Digital delivery only
All Pelican Web Design services are delivered digitally. No physical products or media are shipped. There are no postal or shipping costs associated with any service.
2. How services are delivered
Deliverables are provided via: Figma shared file links (design source files), live website URL (for developed sites), email documentation (specification notes, guides, redirect maps), and direct communication via email for developer handover and walkthrough sessions.
3. Delivery timelines by service

All timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on project complexity, revision rounds, and the speed of Client feedback and material delivery.
4. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by email from hello@pelicanwebdesign.com containing the deliverable links or live URL. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation within the estimated timeline, contact us immediately at hello@pelicanwebdesign.com or +39 0571 583 182.
5. Post-delivery support hours
If post-launch support hours were purchased as an add-on, these are available for 60 days from the date of final delivery. Hours are scheduled by email request. Unused hours within this period are forfeited with no refund, as they represent reserved developer capacity.
6. Client-caused delays
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not provided required materials, feedback, or access within 10 business days of a request, the project will be placed on hold. Work will resume when materials are provided. The timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
